Windows

1: Open MuMu Player
2: Go to Settings (⚙️ icon)
3: Click Languages & Input
4: Open Languages, add your language (e.g., Urdu)
5: Move your language to the top
6: Restart the emulator — the language will change!

  Windows:

  • Open Control Panel → System & Security → Windows Defender Firewall

  • Click Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off

  • Select Turn off (not recommended) and click OK

  Mac:

  • Go to System Settings → Security & Privacy → Firewall

  • Click Turn Off Firewall

  Third-party firewall/antivirus:

  • Open the software’s Dashboard/Settings

  • Look for Firewall and toggle it Off

  • Download the DirectX End-User Runtime from Microsoft’s official website.

  • Run the installer and follow the on-screen steps.

  • Make sure you’re using a 32-bit emulator version if needed.

  • Check that your PC supports 32-bit app compatibility.

  • Check if the emulator recognizes the Gamepad in settings.

  • Attach logs or screenshots if needed.

  • Wait for the support team to respond with solutions.
